We provide worldwide shipping to more than 240 countries and territories from Ukraine via registered priority mail with end-to-end tracking (for parcels weighing up to 30 kg and measuring up to 2 meters in total dimensions).
Estimated Delivery Times:
Shipping generally takes 10 to 30 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance speed.
- Europe (e.g., France, UK, Germany): Approx. 15–20 business days (~ 2–3 weeks).
- North/South America, Asia, & Australia: Approx. 3–4 weeks (some remote destinations or countries like Saudi Arabia may require extra time due to postal logistics).
Shipping Costs & Weight/Volume Adjustments
Shipping costs vary based on destination, parcel dimensions, and weight. Baseline rates start from approximately €6.50. You can view the estimated shipping rate during checkout prior to placing your order.
Note on Non-Standard, Fragile, or Bulky Items:
Certain spare parts (such as refrigerator drawers, oven glass doors, appliance motors, or gaskets, etc) require specialized protective packaging, or carry high volumetric weight. In rare cases where the actual carrier cost exceeds the estimated checkout fee, the shipping rate may be adjusted during order preparation. If an additional postage balance is required, our team will notify you via email with an extra invoice. If you prefer not to pay the additional shipping amount, you may decline, and we will immediately issue a 100% full refund with no questions asked or fees deducted.
In rare instances where shipping services to your specific region face temporary disruptions, we will contact you immediately to provide updated instructions or process a full refund.
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will automatically receive a notification email containing your tracking link.
