Description
Transformer TK-20 for installation in contact welding manipulator pliers. Has openings for busbar mounting, consists of a winding block with an armored-type magnetic circuit installed on it, filled in a casing with heat-resistant compound. The primary winding of the device with terminals L1 and L2 is made of a large-section wire designed for the current required for normal operation of the electrical installation. The secondary winding of the TK-20 is made in the form of two series-connected disk turns. The secondary winding of the TK-20 current transformers and terminals I1 and I2 of the secondary winding are connected to terminal block 1. It has such a number of turns that at the rated current of the primary winding, a current of 5 A is induced in it.
A temperature sensor is installed on the outer coil of the TK-20 transformer. The TK-20 magnetic circuit is assembled from twisted split cores made of cold-rolled electrical steel, and the casing is made of sheet steel.

The nominal voltage of the power supply network is 380 V, with a power supply frequency of 50 Hz. Current transformers TK-20 have a power of 20 kW at PV = 50%. The cooling water consumption for the device at an input pressure of 1.47 × 105 Pa (1.5 kgf/cm2) is not less than 4.0 l/min.
