Refrigerators seals

We can supply you with thermal insulation seals for refrigerator doors to retain cold inside the refrigerator and freezer compartments of domestic and commercial refrigeration equipment.

To order, it is advisable to determine what type of seal mount is installed on your refrigerator:

"Narrow collar 20 mm (universal)"

The profile is glued or screwed along the perimeter of the door (Nord, Dnepr, old Stinol/Snaige/Minsk/Atlant/Ardo, Liebherr and some others)

“Under the bar”:

a) The seal is glued between the door and the plastic panel (strip) of the refrigerator door using mounting foam - new refrigerators Stinol, Indesit, etc.

b) The seal is screwed on with self-tapping screws (as in the photo) through the plastic inner door panel (bar) - refrigerators Polyus, Biryusa, new Nord, Stinol, Dnepr, Minsk, Pentan, etc.

When bending the profile to the left or right, the seal will bend only in one direction, since it is tucked with its “tail” (collar) under the strip and glued or screwed in with self-tapping screws.

The height and width of the sealing frame are measured along the outer contour of the seal.

“In the groove”:

It is inserted into the mounting groove located along the entire perimeter of the door.

When bending the profile to the left or right, the seal will bend evenly (equally) in both directions, since the “arrow” of the seal protrusion is usually located in the center (sometimes shifted to the side) of the seal.

In most cases, our seal is attached to the door with glue, tape or screws, clamped with strips or inserted into the door groove.

Installing the seal

1. Profile for gluing:

- After unpacking our parcel, lay the seal on the floor and wait until it levels out!
- Remove the door and lay it horizontally. Prepare a flat surface 3-5 cm wide around the entire perimeter of the door (remove the old seal and clean off any remaining debris).
- place the seal around the perimeter of the door where it should be, away from the door hinges
- secure the seal (with the fastening collar, not the magnetic side!) to the plane of the door perimeter with glue or self-tapping screws (if necessary, pre-drill holes).
- when installing the door, adjust the even fit of the door to the refrigerator body using the bolts on the hinges

2. Profile for insertion into the door groove:

- first insert the sealant only at the corners, then press it into the centers, then between them, and so on, leveling it evenly.

If the seal doesn't fit , you couldn't install it, or you made a mistake with the size or type of seal and you want to return it, we can determine the return option, terms, and compensation amount only after inspecting the return.
The refrigerator seal is very fragile and will lose its commercial properties if transported repeatedly and if not installed and packaged correctly.

Return only in the same condition as you received it! Crumpled or torn seals will not be accepted for return.
