Restoration of a pump rotor or water pumping station

Unfortunately, it's becoming increasingly difficult to find a new rotor for a BCN (HELZ), Sprut, Kenle, Wilo, Karcher, or other pump. But that's not a problem if you have our workshop. If the rotor shaft is damaged by corrosion and the seal can't hold pressure, you need to take action immediately. We'll replace the damaged section of the shaft with a new one made of steel, stainless steel, or brass.

To restore your rotor, you need to send it to our workshop. To do this, write to us for contact information .
Please note: We modify the shaft based on the existing geometry of your original shaft. If your shaft is damaged to the point where its geometry is no longer visible, we will repair similar rotors based on our experience and statistics. If you have a broken shaft section, or have a nut or impeller that can be used to restore the shaft to its original dimensions, please include them in the package. You can also provide us with a drawing.
In the drawing, indicate the full overall length of the shaft, the diameter of the bearing area, the diameter of the seal area, the thread diameter (if any), the presence of a snap ring slot (if any)
The work will take 1-4 weeks to complete, depending on the equipment setup.
Here you can see examples of completed rotor repair work.
If you repair pumps, we offer to organize the collection of rotors from your customers and send them to us in quantities of 5 or more.
The address for sending for repair is indicated here.
