Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in our reputation for reliability, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. To ensure a smooth transaction, please review our policy regarding order fulfillment, returns, and cancellations.
1. Delivery Inspection & Immediate Returns
To protect your purchase, we require all customers to inspect their package immediately upon receipt at the post office, in the presence of a postal employee.
- If you are unsatisfied with the contents or notice any damage, please refuse the delivery on the spot.
- Once the refused package is returned to us, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the goods.
- Please note: Except for documented manufacturing defects (see Section 2), we cannot accept claims or return requests once the package has been accepted and taken from the post office.
2. Documented Defects & Technical Parts
If you discover a defect after accepting the package, you must provide official documentation to qualify for a return or exchange.
- For specialized components (such as air conditioner or washing machine control boards), an official expert opinion or certified technician's report confirming the defect is required.
- If you have this documentation, please contact our support team to initiate the exchange or return process.
3. Order Accuracy & Out-of-Stock Items
- Quality Assurance: Before shipment, we meticulously verify all items against your order to ensure compatibility and prevent errors.
- No Unauthorized Substitutions: We will never alter the specifications or properties of your order without your explicit, prior consent.
- Unfulfillable Orders: If, for any reason, an item becomes unavailable or cannot be shipped, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund automatically.
4. Cancellations & Failed Deliveries
- Cancellations After Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, we can only refund the cost of the products. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was not picked up, please contact us to discuss options for reshipment or a product-cost refund.
- Lost or Disrupted Shipments: In the event that a package is lost by your local postal service, or returned due to circumstances beyond our control, shipping costs cannot be compensated.
