How to return

Our service mainly provides technical products. Technical maintenance is a complex technical job that requires knowledge, patience and persistence, and it is impossible to save money on it. You need to gain practical skills and knowledge yourself, and we cannot do it for you. And if you were unable to repair your equipment the first time, you need to be patient, be resourceful, study the issue and not look for anyone to blame but yourself. It is impossible for you not to suffer any losses in case of failures, this is experience and the price for your incompetence.

Due to complex and expensive logistics, a return is extremely difficult, but:

Before shipment, we carefully check items for compatibility with your order to prevent possible misunderstanding and conflicts. We will never change properties in the order without your confirmation. If we need your agree, we will ask you.

If it turns out that for some reason order cannot be shipped, a refund will be issued immediately and you will be informed about this. Don't worry about it at all.

If a situation arises taking into account the funds, for example, the package is lost at your postal service, or was returned for reasons beyond our control, the shipping cost is not compensated
