How to return

We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt at the post office in the presence of a postal employee. Open the parcel, and if you are not satisfied with its contents, refuse delivery. In this case, the parcel is returned and we refund the cost of the goods.

Otherwise, we do not accept any claims after you have received your order.
Unless you can document the defect. For example, if you received an air conditioner or washing machine control board and you have an expert's opinion, that the part is defective, please contact us to discuss the exchange/return process:

Before shipment, we carefully check items for compatibility with your order to prevent possible misunderstanding and conflicts. We will never change properties in the order without your confirmation. If we need your agree, we will ask you.

If it turns out that for some reason order cannot be shipped, a refund will be issued immediately and you will be informed about this. Don't worry about it at all.

If for any reason you were unable to pick up your order and the package was returned, please contact us to discuss reshipment or refund options.

If a situation arises, for example, the package is lost at your postal service, or was returned for reasons beyond our control, the shipping cost is not compensated
