1. Features of Marking and Appearance of Technical Products

The product may be supplied by different manufacturers (or from different production batches); therefore, minor variations in labeling (font styles, article number placement, internal factory markings), design, or housing color are permitted, provided they do not affect its functionality, technical capabilities, or installation dimensions ("install, turn on, and forget").

The aforementioned changes do not constitute a product defect or non-compliance. We guarantee that all supplied products fully comply with the stated technical parameters (voltage, current, permissible temperature range, and operational characteristics) required for equipment compatibility and its intended purpose.

Images displayed on product cards and description pages are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product markings for a specific batch may differ from those shown in photos or descriptions, provided the manufacturer's part number or OEM number remains identical.

2. International Shipping Calculations & Weight/Volume Adjustments

Due to the vast catalog of spare parts (ranging from small electronics to large, heavy, or fragile components such as refrigerator compressors, structural panels, glass doors, and gaskets), actual shipping costs depend strictly on final packed dimensions, volumetric weight, and postal courier weight brackets.

  • Estimated Shipping Costs: The shipping fee calculated at checkout is based on automated estimates. Fragile or large items require specialized protective packaging, which may alter the final weight or parcel dimensions and move the shipment into a higher postal rate tier.
  • Additional Postage Fees: If the actual carrier cost to ship your packed order exceeds the amount paid at checkout, our customer support team will contact you with details and a payment request for the shipping difference prior to dispatch.
  • Cancellation & Full Refund Right: If you do not agree to pay the shipping difference, you reserve the right to decline. In such cases, your order will be cancelled immediately, and a 100% full refund of all funds paid (including product cost and initial shipping fee) will be issued. We do not impose any cancellation fees or hidden deductions for orders cancelled under these circumstances.
