Marais 30 Flint/Enamel Blue is a completely new model from the Granite Gear Campus line of urban backpacks. Marais 30 Flint/Enamel Blue provides comfort and maximum protection from weather conditions. Like all backpacks with Barrier technology, this model guarantees protection from getting wet for all packed things, thanks to the use of fabrics with water-repellent impregnation and a waterproof coating. The pocket and compartments for placing electronic gadgets are protected from mechanical impacts. On the sides of the backpack there are pockets for containers with drinks and compression straps for quickly fastening voluminous things (outerwear, fitness mat, etc.). These features are perfectly complemented by a convenient back and shoulder strap system, allowing you to wear even a fully loaded backpack without feeling unnecessary discomfort. At the same time, both the back of the backpack and the shoulder straps provide the necessary air circulation.
The Granite Gear Campus line of city backpacks has a number of distinctive design features for the most comfortable use of the backpack in the city. Design features:
- Barrier Water-Repellency - this technology provides complete 360° water protection of the backpack. The top of the backpack is made of fabric with a water-repellent DWR impregnation. - Gear-Tec Technology Protection is a special design that ensures high reliability of safety of portable devices (laptop and tablet). Internal pockets for a laptop and a tablet have double-sided polyurethane foam lining with soft fleece and can accommodate devices with a diagonal of up to 15.5 inches and 10 inches, respectively. Due to differences in the overall dimensions of personal devices from different manufacturers, it is recommended to clarify whether a specific device can be placed in the backpack.
- Trail Tested Load Carrying Technology - the design of the backpack's suspension and back provides vertical stability, lumbar support, and the necessary ventilation of the back and shoulder straps, while maintaining the flat format of a city backpack.
