Description

Despite the fact that the SFX series stereo microscopes are designed for educational and amateur use, a number of implemented design solutions allow them to be used at a professional level. Among such design solutions are the use of high-quality energy-efficient upper and lower LED illumination with digital control, the ability to operate autonomously from a built-in battery, diopter correction of each optical channel, a 360 º rotating binocular attachment, wide-angle eyepieces with full enlightenment, a revolving head for quick change of lenses. The microscope is equipped with all-metal mechanics and is assembled in accordance with high technical requirements. The optical system, with good transparency and great depth, is undoubtedly the best in this category. Optika SFX microscopes are simple, reliable and easy to operate. The microscopes have a 10-year warranty!

All Optika SRL products are made in Italy. Optika microscopes are developed, manufactured and assembled in the small town of Ponteranica (Bergamo province). Each microscope is accompanied by an individual serial number, indicated on the body and in the warranty card, as well as a mark on the final quality control. All products comply with the basic requirements of the relevant European EU directives and European Union standards.

LED illumination: Correct color rendering of the image is one of the two most important factors of light microscopy. The Optika SFX-51 20x-40x Bino Stereo microscope is equipped with a fairly powerful, uniformly distributed LED illumination. The lower illumination is implemented in the form of 7 LEDs, providing uniform illumination of the 60 mm matte disk of the working table. The upper illumination is implemented on the principle of TIR optics, which uses a specially designed lens instead of the usual reflector, operating on the principle of total internal reflection. Such an optical system is more effective than a system with a reflector, it forms a clearer and more uniform beam of light with a uniform light spot. SMD LEDs have a color temperature of 6000K, which is very close to natural daylight. Thus, the image is devoid of excessively yellow coloring from the light of an incandescent lamp. The LEDs have a service life of 50,000 hours and their energy consumption is significantly lower than that of halogen and incandescent lamps.

The Optika SFX-51 20x-40x Bino Stereo microscope shows that entry-level does not always mean primitive. Initial observations can be made using high-quality optical instruments. Optika SFX are modern stereoscopic microscopes, the design of which simultaneously provides significant stability of the device and low weight. A special handle on the body allows easy and convenient transportation of the microscope in the working position over short distances.

The quick change of magnification is carried out by means of a turret head for 2 objectives. The stereo objectives have full enlightenment and antifungal coating, they are reliably protected from dust and mechanical damage by a plastic skirt. If necessary, the skirt of the turret head can be removed. The surfaces of the eyepieces and tubes are covered with a black anodized Type III coating, which reliably resists abrasion and corrosion.

The use of batteries in combination with low-power LED illumination allows continuous use of this microscope in the field for up to 8 hours.

Separate digital control for the upper and lower backlight allows you to change the brightness in steps, and use each backlight either separately or together in any brightness variation.

A special key adjusts the tension of the focusing screws, which allows you to fix the microscope focused on the sample if necessary. This feature also allows for more precise focusing.

It is noteworthy that for adjustment to individual vision characteristics, the possibility of smooth diopter correction of not one, but both optical channels is provided. For comfortable observation, the microscope is equipped with a pair of soft rubber eyecups, which allow you to fix your eyes at the required distance from the eyepieces and at the same time block unwanted lateral illumination. Additionally, the convenience of observation is ensured by a full rotation around the vertical axis and tilt of the binocular attachment at an angle of 45º, as well as a change in the interpupillary distance.

It is intended for initial observations of opaque and transparent three-dimensional samples, and can also be used professionally by archaeologists, watch, electronics and jewelry repairmen, and microcircuit assemblers. It is recommended for general education and higher technical educational institutions. At the same time, it can be considered as a general-purpose household microscope for philatelists, numismatists, entomologists, etc.
