Easy Camp Cosmos is the simplest sleeping bag in the form of a cocoon, designed for camping and summer hiking. And it really is. With the only caveat that a manufacturer with a good reputation, even for the simplest and most budget models, selects the most suitable high-quality and pleasant to the touch materials without harmful impurities, equips sleeping bags with reliable zippers that close with two locks and allow airing of the sleeping bag in its lower part, uses an insulating side along the zipper. Easy Camp sleeping bags are certified according to international standards EN ISO 13537:2012 and 23537:2018, which regulate the requirements for the dimensions and thermal characteristics of sleeping bags, as well as the properties of the fabric and materials used.
Please note that only certified sleeping bags meet the stated temperature conditions and guarantee you warmth and comfort for a long time, despite the cold and dampness of the environment.
Peculiarities:
- PFC Free - the use in production processes of only environmentally friendly materials that do not contain perfluorinated and polyfluorinated compounds, which are used to give fabric water-repellent properties, but are very harmful to the environment and the human body.
- Ridge hood with draw cord - anatomically shaped hood with a draw cord.
- Left or right zipper option - the ability to choose this model of sleeping bag with a left-hand or right-hand zipper. Please note that this model does not have the function of fully zippering the sleeping bag with the right and left zipper.
- Autolock Zip - a two-way zipper with an automatic lock that prevents accidental unzipping.
- Full-length zip baffle - An internal insulating baffle is provided along the entire length of the zipper. The insulating baffle prevents cold air from penetrating through the zipper.
- Anti-snag zip guard - a textile strap is located along the zipper, which prevents the fabric of the sleeping bag from getting pinched by the zipper.
- Zip Cover is a special double-sided felt pad that covers the zipper in the closed position to prevent accidental unzipping or snagging while resting.
- Hanging loops - a pair of special loops placed at the bottom of the sleeping bag and designed to hang it while drying.
- 1-2 seasons - two-season sleeping bags are designed for use from mid-May to the end of September in a temperate climate zone.
Features of care, washing and storage:
- It is recommended to wash the sleeping bag according to the information indicated on the product label, namely, hand wash or machine wash on special modes corresponding to the type of materials of the sleeping bag, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Use delicate washing products.
- When storing, the sleeping bag must be dry, as long-term wet storage significantly affects the thermal insulation, strength characteristics and appearance of the product. It is recommended to dry the sleeping bag naturally in the open air or indoors, hanging it by the loops. Drying with intense heat sources (fire, heater, battery) is not allowed.
- If the sleeping bag is not used for a long time, it is recommended to store it in a dry place in an unfolded state. Long time spent in the cover reduces the effectiveness of the materials. During active use of the sleeping bag, it is recommended to pack it in the cover chaotically to prevent the fabrics from caking in one position.
