At the heart of the suitcase EPIC® DISCOVERY ULTRA™42 WIZZARD BURGUNGY has a lightweight, but extremely durable and elastic polypropylene AIR FRAME ™ frame, equipped with an outer textile shell, two large-diameter wheels, and a telescopic aluminum handle with an anodized protective coating. The upper and side handles are reinforced and allow you to transport the suitcase even with maximum loads. Suitcases of this series are equipped with branded TSA LOCK™ combination locks, allowing you to travel without unnecessary hassle and worries about the safety of your luggage. The suitcase has two external and two internal zippered pockets. It is noteworthy that the compression straps inside are located on each of the two sides of the suitcase, which makes it more convenient to organize things inside. - TSA LOCK™ by TRAVEL SENTRY® - the suitcase is equipped with a special combination lock with the TSA LOCK™ customs inspection function. - SOFT SHELL POLYESTER 600D - polyester fabric with a thread thickness of 600D, having a smooth surface with a sheen, and with an internal polyurethane coating that protects the contents of the suitcase from getting wet during medium-intensity rain. - AIR FRAME ™ is the answer to the question of how to properly make a lightweight and at the same time durable suitcase that reliably protects the luggage placed in it. The suitcase frame is formed by a perforated polypropylene plate with corresponding reinforcing pads at the top and bottom of the suitcase. Polypropylene itself is a very elastic, durable, but relatively heavy material. Correct perforation of the polypropylene frame significantly reduces the weight without reducing the strength under load.
- TWO WHEELS - a pair of high wheels are covered with a wear-resistant polyurethane "tire" with a low noise level when moving. Luggage equipped with these wheels can be used not only on flat surfaces, but also on the ground in rough terrain. The wheels are reliably protected from impacts when moving on curbs and steps. Absolutely all wheels are replaceable in case of damage or normal wear.
- SPACEBOOST ™ EXPANDER - the main difference of the right expansion valve is maintaining the functionality of the suitcase when it expands. This is exactly what the spaceBOOST™ expansion valve is. In order to prevent sagging of a fully loaded suitcase, the valve is made of a more durable, shape-holding textile material, and increases the volume by no more than 15%.
