Description
The Ferrino Transalp expedition backpack series features a large capacity and a number of design solutions that increase the convenience and reliability of the backpack for a large amount of equipment. The suspension system with stepless adjustment has double fixation, the hip belt is wide with increased thickness of polyurethane foam lining for greater comfort at maximum load. At two points with the greatest load, the backpack is reinforced with inserts made of durable Hypalon® material. The side straps are shifted to the center and lengthened, allowing you to fix a more voluminous tent. Additional equipment can be attached using a pair of lower ties and separate straps supplied in the kit. There are a pair of separate fasteners for poles and ice axes. Essential items can be placed in nine pockets of varying sizes (two on the front, two on the sides, three in the valve and two on the belt). When fully loaded, the presence of two front entrances becomes extremely important, making it easier to pack and unpack the necessary things. The backpack is very spacious inside, the lower compartment is separated by a partition, a voluminous winter sleeping bag can easily fit there. The volume of the upper compartment can be varied using an exhaust valve. The backpack is fully adapted for a drinking system. A voluminous protective rain cover is located in the lower secret pocket.
With more than a century of experience in the production of equipment for tourism, Ferrino does not rest on its laurels, continuing to dictate even higher standards of tourist equipment. For this purpose, in 1994 a special high-altitude laboratory was built to test products in real conditions. For decades, the company has been cooperating with outstanding climbers (such as Reinhold Messner), researchers, speleologists, who, using Ferrino products, conquered all the highest points of the planet, crossed 20,000 km of Antarctica on foot at extremely low temperatures down to -70 ° C, descended for 80 minutes into the very depths of the earth, into the Cueva de los Cristales cave, where at a temperature of + 58 ° C and 100% humidity a person could not previously stay for more than 20 minutes even in special equipment. Ferrino is rightfully proud of its achievements and ensures the quality and functionality of its products at the highest level.

Bottom Access - a front zippered entrance at the bottom of the backpack provides access to the contents of the bottom compartment of the backpack, separated from the main compartment. The front entrance can also be used to access the main compartment of the backpack, provided that the partition between the compartments is open. The bottom compartment with a front entrance is convenient to use for placing things such as a sleeping bag, shoes, etc.
Front Access (Full) - a front entrance in the form of a semicircular zipper in the central part of the backpack provides access to the contents of the main compartment of the backpack. Also, in cases where the backpack is packed to the brim, using the front entrance you can quite easily get out any necessary thing (raincoat, sleeping bag) and all other things will not fall out and will remain in their place.

Materials:
- Supertex® is a modern material with a 600D thread thickness and PU coating, which, due to its strength and water resistance, is widely used for car awnings, pool covers, tents, athletic mats, etc. After applying a load, the material retains its original shape without tearing or stretching, is easy to clean, does not fade from moisture and does not burn out in the sun.
- Polyester Jaquard Weave 500D PU is a beautiful, durable and lightweight fabric with a voluminous small pattern, containing more than 24 complexly interwoven polyester threads of 500D thickness. The fabric is durable, resistant to abrasion and deformation, retains color well, is weakly affected by temperature changes and is not destroyed by ultraviolet radiation. PU impregnation makes the fabric waterproof.
- Hypalon® - chlorosulfonated polyethylene. A long-life material patented by DuPont. It is exceptionally resistant to abrasion, tearing, scratching, UV radiation, low and high temperatures. It is used in backpack construction elements that are most often subject to stretching and are constantly in use.
- Duraflex hardware - American company National Molding Corporation - the largest manufacturer of plastic fittings under the Duraflex brand, which is the standard for tourist equipment. Plastic fittings are made of durable polyamide 6.6, developed by Dupont. Products withstand significant mechanical and temperature loads and are almost eternal. This backpack is equipped with Duraflex fittings
