The diaphragm vacuum shut-off valve, complete with a flare pilot burner (igniter), is the main safety and execution unit of the APOK-1 non-volatile gas safety automation system. The device is designed for mechanical shut-off of the main gas supply to the primary slot burners of the heating boiler in case of emergency situations: pilot flame failure, loss of chimney draft, or coolant boiling. The mechanism triggers automatically due to a drop in vacuum or deformation of the bimetallic element acting on the sensitive valve diaphragm.

• Instant emergency shut-off: Provides gas-tight shut-off of the gas channel to the main burner nozzles without the use of electricity (complete energy independence).
• Complete with standard pilot burner: Supplied with a steel pilot burner tube (pilot), equipped with a mounting flange and side shields for stable combustion and proper heating of the bimetallic plate of the flame sensor.
• Reliable cast body: A massive aluminum chamber with a bolted connection around the perimeter guarantees structural rigidity and eliminates gas micro-leaks through the diaphragm joints.
• Brass threaded fittings (20 mm): Inlet and outlet threaded adapters are made with M20×1.5 metric thread for the standard union nuts of the APOK-1 gas manifold.
• Manual reset lever: An external metal linkage provides easy initial startup of the automation and fixation of the stem during pilot ignition.

Compatibility and application:

Designed for modernization and repair of gas burner devices (GBU) with the APOK-1 control unit, installed in floor-standing heating boilers:

• Domestic cast iron and steel boilers: KChM (KChM-1, KChM-2, KChM-3), KS-TG, KST-16, KST-20, KSG-10, KSG-16, "Plamya", "Don-16", "Ochag" and similar boilers with thermal power from 12 to 30 kW.
• Heating and cooking stoves and water heaters: Stove burners and storage water heaters converted to natural network gas with APOK-1 automation.
