- Waterproof - means that the optics are sealed with an O-ring and are protected from moisture penetration according to the international class IPX7. Immersion in liquid for 30 minutes to a depth of 1 meter will not cause the device the slightest damage and will not affect its functionality. No weather conditions are scary for such optics.
- Fogproof - means that the inside of the case is filled with an inert gas, which eliminates the condensation of moisture on the internal surfaces during temperature changes. As a result, the optics do not fog up from the inside, and there is no corrosion of materials under the influence of moisture. The air is removed from the device and replaced with an inert gas (in this case nitrogen), which does not contain water vapor and does not condense.
