3M-231 toothed belt for BLACK&DECKER GL701 and GL741 brushcutters, 9mm and 7mm wide
HTD 3M (High Torque Drive) profile belts are metric toothed belts with a semi-circular tooth profile, designed to transmit high torque in compact dimensions.
Basic geometric parameters:
- Tooth pitch: 3.00 mm (distance between the centers of adjacent teeth).
- Tooth height: 1.17 - 1.22 mm.
- Total belt thickness: 2.30 - 2.41 mm.
- Tooth shape: Semi-circular (curved), which provides deeper engagement with the pulley and reduces the risk of "skipping".
