The Butterfly Ovtcharov Striker is an attack-oriented racket designed for ambitious athletes with experience in table tennis. The Lagnus rubber (1.7 mm sponge thickness) allows for fast and accurate finishing strokes. The Ovtcharov series uses an improved version of the Lagnus rubber, which has an even better grip and sticky surface. The five-ply soft attack wood combined with the tapered handle guarantees excellent control and comfort, helping players maintain accuracy even during the most intense matches. This makes the Ovtcharov Striker the ideal choice for experienced players with a tendency to attack.
The racket was developed in collaboration with the famous German athlete Dmytro Ovtcharov of Ukrainian origin (born in Kyiv), who became the bronze medalist of the 2012 Olympic Games and the 2020 Olympic Games in singles.
