The bar is made of high-strength structural steel resistant to overheating, bending loads, and abrasion. It features a sprocket nose to reduce chain friction and minimize engine wear.

Maintenance Tip: When replacing the bar, always check the condition of the oil feed channel in the tail and clean the inner groove of the bar from compressed sawdust. To extend the service life, regularly flip the bar 180° (top side down) so that the wear on the guide rails is even, and lubricate the sprocket nose through the special grease hole.
