Reinforced design repair screw pair (polished steel worm + stator in a stainless steel sleeve with a brass discharge port) is designed for the overhaul of compact two-inch (2" / ∅50–55 mm) submersible borehole screw pumps with a power of 0.28–0.37 kW. The unit is fully ready for installation: the rubber sleeve is pressed into a protective steel casing with a cast brass head, and the screw rotor is connected to a damping rubber-metal coupling, which guarantees precise coaxial alignment, restoration of the factory operating head, and long-term protection against hydro-abrasive wear.
Main advantages and features:
- Reinforced stainless steel stator housing: The rubber working sleeve is rigidly crimped into a stainless steel sleeve, which eliminates its expansion and deformation under high hydraulic pressure.
- Brass connecting heads: The upper part with a thread for connecting a check valve or discharge pipe and the lower mounting flange are made of solid plumbing brass, resistant to leaching and corrosion.
- Wear-resistant chrome-plated screw: The surface of the steel spiral rotor has been polished and given a protective galvanic coating, minimizing friction against the rubber matrix and reducing motor starting currents.
- Standard M10 right-hand thread: The screw coupling is screwed on clockwise, which corresponds to the drive kinematics of small-sized 2QGD series pumps.
- Anti-vibration coupling with a band: The elastic transition part with steel locking rings gently dampens the radial runout of the screw when pumping liquid.
