The Piuma 2 design is lightweight, yet strong and waterproof. Fully taped seams, a three-layer floor and a ventilated vestibule ensure reliable protection from the elements. An integrated QR code with video instructions makes assembly as intuitive as possible, even in the field.
The Italian company Ferrino is one of the oldest companies in the world in the production of tents, sleeping bags and backpacks for climbers and experienced tourists. The company has its own unique research laboratory for testing materials and prototypes in extreme conditions located on one of the largest glaciers in Europe, Rifugio Quintino Sella (Italy; Monte Rosa).
