Description
Heating Element for Industrial Dishwasher 6000 W / 220–380 V (Stainless Steel)
Powerful triple-circuit tubular heating element (HE) with a power of 6000 W (6 kW) is designed for heating water in boilers and wash tanks of professional (industrial) hood-type, front-loading, and conveyor-type dishwashers. It is made of high-quality acid-resistant stainless steel, resistant to prolonged exposure to chemical detergents, high temperatures, and limescale.
Key Advantages and Features:
- Universal Connection (220V / 380V): The design, consisting of three separate U-shaped heating elements with M4 screw terminals, allows the heating element to be connected to either a single-phase (220 V) or three-phase (380 V) electrical network (star or delta configurations).
- Tube for Thermal Sensor / Capillary: A special tube is located in the center of the flange for installing a safety thermostat capillary or temperature sensor.
- Triangular Mounting Flange: Ensures secure fixation and a leak-proof fit via a sealing gasket.
Compatibility and Application:
Used in boilers and tanks of hood-type and front-loading dishwashers from leading European and domestic manufacturers of professional kitchen equipment (Fagor, Silanos, Electrolux, Zanussi, Comenda, Hobart, Dihr, Miko, MPU, MPK, etc.).

Technician's Tip: When installing a new heating element, be sure to replace the rubber-silicone flange gasket and thoroughly clean the boiler mounting seat of calcium deposits. Regular decalcification (descaling) significantly extends the service life of the heating element.
