Description

Kowa BDII32-6.5XD is a wide-angle binocular with a magnification of 6.5x and a lens diameter of 32 mm, created for observers who need exceptional optical quality in a compact and lightweight body. The device is designed for birdwatching, nature observation, tourism and outdoor activities. Thanks to the wide viewing angle of 10°, the user quickly finds the object of observation and covers a much larger area compared to standard models in this class. Kowa XD lenses (an advanced analogue of ED glass) provide minimal chromatic aberration and exceptional image clarity right to the edges of the field of view. The minimum focusing distance of 1.3 m allows you to view close objects - insects, flowers, small birds - in amazing detail. The magnesium alloy housing, filled with nitrogen and hermetically sealed, reliably protects the optics from moisture, dust and fogging. The BDII-XD series sets a new standard of quality in its price segment, offering premium performance without compromise.

Kowa has made a real breakthrough in the field of sports optics. Kowa BD II XD binoculars really allow you to observe what the optical scheme of binoculars has not allowed you to see until now. The extra-wide field of view of binoculars is undoubtedly the greatest achievement of Kowa engineers over the past decade. At the moment, none of the competitors have managed to come close to impressive results while maintaining high image quality. Another advantage of these binoculars is the compactness and minimal weight of their magnesium housing with high image quality, which is provided by low-dispersion Kowa XD glass. All optical surfaces have full multi-layer illumination, and the prisms are covered with the company's phase-correcting and highly reflective dielectric C3 coating for crystal clear images. The special coating of Kowa KR coating on glasses and lenses reduces the risk of small scratches and has water-repellent properties. The binoculars are waterproof and filled with dry nitrogen, which prevents the optics from fogging up during sudden temperature changes. The durable, lightweight and stylish BD II XD series binoculars are ideal for sports and tourism, as well as for hunting and nature observations, and thanks to their wide field of view, they are recommended for amateur astronomers.

Kowa Company, Ltd. is one of the world's leading sports optics manufacturers. Founded in 1894 in Japan, the company began manufacturing binoculars in 1948 and spotting scopes in 1952, and has been synonymous with Japanese optical precision ever since. All Kowa binoculars and spotting scopes are designed and manufactured in Japan, with flagship models manufactured at its own factory in Soka, where each unit undergoes a series of rigorous quality tests. Kowa is the only sports optics manufacturer in the world to use Pure Fluorite Crystal lenses. This unique mineral completely eliminates chromatic aberration, providing maximum resolution, unsurpassed contrast, and natural color reproduction. Kowa's many years of experience are also successfully applied in related high-tech industries - in the production of medical optics and optics for machine vision systems. When you choose Kowa, you choose optics created with the spirit of a Japanese craftsman — to see the world as it really is.

What objects can be observed with this optical instrument:

  • Military and tactical applications - thanks to a record-breaking wide field of view of 175 m! at 1000 m, the binoculars allow you to quickly scan the horizon without unnecessary head movements, instantly detect movement in the periphery and keep several objects in the field of view at the same time - a critically important advantage for timely detection of the enemy or quick targeting by sound
