Manual screw-type juicer (analogous to Motor Sich SBCH-1) is designed for direct extraction of juice with pulp from tomatoes, soft berries (grapes, currants, strawberries, pitted cherries), and soft fruits. The design operates on the meat grinder principle: a conical screw grinds the raw material and squeezes the juice through a perforated mesh cone, while the pulp is automatically discharged through an adjustable nozzle.
