Screw assembly (screw pair) for deep well screw pump 0.75 kW (A08 / cap ∅78 mm, M14 left-hand thread)
Repair screw pair (polished steel worm with damper coupling + rubber stator sleeve) is designed to restore factory pressure and performance parameters in submersible screw (borehole) pumps with a diameter of 4 inches (4" / ∅96–102 mm) and a power of 0.75 kW (1.0 HP). The operating principle of the unit is based on positive displacement: a chrome-plated rotor rotates eccentrically inside a double-start spiral of a rubber stator, continuously displacing the water column from the suction chamber into the discharge pipe and creating a stable high pressure even in deep wells with a low flow rate.
Main advantages and features:
- Chrome-plated spiral rotor: Made of alloy steel with a mirror finish polish and a protective galvanic layer, which minimizes friction inside the stator and protects the working edges from hydro-abrasive wear by sand suspensions.
- Elastic rubber stator (NBR): High-density oil- and water-resistant rubber ensures tight contact with the screw ridges without excessive load on the motor, maintaining the tightness of the working cavities under high pressure.
- Wide thrust flange (∅78 mm): Guarantees precise coaxial fixation of the sleeve inside the pump part shell without misalignment or axial displacement during water hammers.
- Reinforced coupling with M14 left-hand thread: The adapter coupling is equipped with an M14 threaded mounting hole with a left-hand thread direction, which eliminates the risk of spontaneous unscrewing of the unit from the electric motor shaft during operation.
- Complete factory pair: Supplied as an assembly (worm with coupling and matching sleeve), which guarantees perfect alignment of working clearances.
