Original diffuser assembly with nozzle and Venturi tube — this is the central hydraulic unit of the Pedrollo JSW 2 series self-priming pumps and pumping stations. The part performs the function of converting the kinetic energy of the rotating water flow from the impeller into static pressure, and also provides an ejection effect for stable self-priming from depths of up to 9 meters and the removal of air locks from the system.

Technician's Tip: Before ordering, be sure to measure the diameter of your old impeller (should be 135 mm) and the diameter of its suction neck (43 mm), as the JSW 1 and JSW 2 series use diffusers of different sizes. When installing a new diffuser, check the condition of the rubber O-ring on the Venturi tube pipe (30 mm): damage or misalignment of this ring will lead to pressure release from the discharge chamber back into the suction chamber, causing the pump to lose its ability to lift water. Before the first start of the pump, be sure to fill the hydraulic body with water through the fill plug until the air is completely displaced.
