Screw pair for deep-well screw pump 0.55 kW (L=150 mm, flange ∅66 mm, M12 left-hand thread)
Screw pair (stainless steel rotor + rubber stator assembly) is designed for overhaul and pressure restoration in submersible borehole and well screw-type pumps with a power of 0.55 kW (0.75 hp). The operating principle of the mechanism is based on liquid displacement: a polished spiral worm rotates inside a double-start elastic rubber sleeve, continuously pushing water from the suction zone into the discharge line and creating a stable high head even with a low well yield.

- Chrome-plated spiral rotor: High-precision worm polishing minimizes friction inside the rubber sleeve and prevents rapid abrasive wear in the presence of suspended particles.
- Elastic sleeve made of wear-resistant rubber (NBR): Provides a tight fit with the screw ridges, preventing backflow of liquid and performance drops under load.
- Reliable shaft fixation: The flexible adapter coupling is equipped with an internal M12 left-hand thread, which completely eliminates spontaneous unscrewing of the worm during the working rotation of the electric motor rotor.
- Wide thrust skirt (∅66 mm): Guarantees correct centering and rigid fixation of the stator inside the pump's hydraulic sleeve.
