Original Ranco K56-S1970 capillary temperature controller (thermostat) is designed for automatic control and maintenance of the set temperature in freezers, chest freezers, and double-door domestic refrigerators. The device switches the compressor on and off depending on the temperature on the freezer evaporator, ensuring reliable protection of products from defrosting.

Technician's Tip: When replacing, do not bend or kink the thin capillary tube. The end of the capillary must be tightly pressed against the evaporator surface with the standard clamp plate; otherwise, the thermostat will not be able to read the temperature correctly, and the compressor will run continuously.
