Complete cylinder and piston repair kit (CPG) designed for the overhaul of Stihl 034 Super, 036, and MS 360 series chainsaw engines. It allows for the full restoration of compression, factory power, and service life in cases of wear or cylinder-piston group scoring.

Application and Compatibility:

Please note the design features of the 034/036 series:

• Stihl 034 Super, 036, MS 360, MS 360 C: Full compatibility without modifications. Piston diameter is 48 mm, piston pin diameter is 10 mm.
• Base Stihl 034 (AV): For the base 034 model (where the factory piston diameter is 46 mm), this kit is installed as an upgrade kit (increasing power to the 036 / MS 360 level). Note that the cylinder has a threaded hole for a decompression valve. If your saw is not equipped with a decompressor, the hole must be closed with a special M10 decompression plug (sold separately).
• TS 350 / TS 360 Cut-off Saws: Please note that this kit is designed for chainsaws. Different cylinder modifications are used for TS-series cut-off saws.

* Note: The connecting rod needle bearing (10x14x13 mm), cylinder gasket, and decompression plug are not included and must be purchased separately if needed. Packaging design may vary depending on the batch.

Master's Tip: When replacing the CPG, be sure to check the condition of the crankshaft oil seals, impulse hose, and intake boot for air leaks — a lean mixture is the most common cause of piston burnout and scoring. Before initial installation, liberally lubricate the cylinder walls and piston with high-quality 2-stroke engine oil. After assembly, be sure to break in the engine using a high-quality fuel mixture with proven oil at a 1:40 ratio at medium RPMs without a working load (2-3 tanks).
