Description
Capillary Thermostat Tecasa NT-251 (110-320°C, 16A, 400V, Spain)
The original Tecasa NT-251 capillary thermostat (temperature controller) from a leading Spanish manufacturer is designed to maintain and automatically adjust the set temperature in ovens, electric stoves, baking ovens, grills, and other heating equipment. The regulator automatically opens the contacts when the set temperature is reached and closes them when it drops, ensuring stable and safe operation of the heating elements.
Key Advantages and Features:
- High operating precision (Tecasa, Spain): European assembly ensures stable temperature control and long-term mechanism durability.
- Wide temperature range: Adjustment from 110°C to 320°C allows for precise setting of modes for baking, frying, and roasting.
- Reliable contact group: Rated for 16A current at up to 400V, which guarantees resistance to high-voltage and power loads without contact burning.
- Copper/stainless capillary probe: The remote liquid-filled sensor instantly reacts to temperature changes in the working chamber.
Compatibility and Application Area:
- Household and professional appliances: Electric ovens, built-in ovens, stoves, baking ovens, deep fryers, and griddles.
- Universal application: Suitable for most models of household and commercial electric stoves (including Hansa, Amica, Beko, Whirlpool, Electrolux, Kaiser, Gefest, Greta, etc.) with a similar temperature range (110–320°C) and power supply parameters.

Technician's tip: The capillary tube is filled with a special temperature-sensitive gas/liquid. It is strictly forbidden to pinch, sharply bend, or shorten the capillary tube — this will lead to depressurization and complete loss of the thermostat's functionality. When installing, coil any excess tube into a neat ring with a smooth radius.
