Basic exercises to perform:
Classic Leg Extension, leg extension with focus on different quadriceps heads (option 1 - toes out, emphasis on the inner parts of the quadriceps; option 2 - toes in, the quadriceps head works more; option 3 - one leg at a time, balance of forces between the legs, deeper muscle sensation), partial amplitudes and pauses (half repetitions, static pauses, slow lowering)
