It allows you to perform a wide range of exercises for the chest, back, arms, shoulders and legs, using a system of blocks and adjustable loads. This design provides effective training in one place and is suitable for home and semi-commercial use.
- Lat Machine - a block with a wide curved handle, designed to simulate pull-ups and form a V-shaped silhouette of the back. The exercise is performed by pulling the weight from top to bottom to the chest or behind the head, which allows you to maximally engage the latissimus dorsi muscles, trapezius and biceps. This is the basic unit of the simulator, suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes due to the ability to precisely adjust the load.
- Combined lever block (Chest press and Butterfly) — is the most technological part of the simulator. Its main feature is the Dual Function system, which allows you to perform two fundamentally different exercises for the pectoral muscles without changing the projectile: Chest Press mode and Butterfly mode. 6-level adjustment of the extension levers allows you to adjust the angle of the handles for the ideal amplitude of movement during the butterfly exercise. Thanks to the six lock positions, you can precisely emphasize the load on different parts of the pectoral muscles.
- Three-position Arm Press lever at 3 levels - in the Toorx MSX-300 model, this is one of the important engineering features of this simulator. It turns the usual "chest press" into a universal unit for training the entire upper body.
