- Lat Machine - a block with a wide curved handle, designed to simulate pull-ups and form a V-shaped silhouette of the back. The exercise is performed by pulling the weight from top to bottom to the chest or behind the head, which allows you to maximally engage the latissimus dorsi muscles, trapezius and biceps. This is the basic unit of the simulator, suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes due to the ability to precisely adjust the load.
- Combined lever block (Chest press and Butterfly) — the station supports two operating modes: classic butterfly for chest muscle development and rowing for back muscle training. One simulator replaces two separate devices at once, which significantly saves space and money. Switching between modes is quick and convenient, without interrupting the training process. The combined lever block is adjustable in 6 positions.
