Unique compatibility with two diameter discs — 25 mm and 50 mm — provides flexibility in choosing equipment and allows you to use both standard and Olympic discs. - Smith Machine is a controlled barbell on vertical guides. The Smith Machine is a system in which the barbell moves strictly along vertical or inclined guide rails. This allows you to perform squats, bench presses, inclines and other basic exercises without the need to balance the barbell. Suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes who train alone. Significantly reduces the risk of injury during heavy sets. The built-in 195.5 cm long barbell with bearings and a locking system at 15 height levels (57.5–188.5 cm) allows you to safely perform bench presses, squats, shoulder presses and deadlifts even without a partner.
- Ball bearing bar with quick release mechanism - the bar moves along vertical guides thanks to a ball bearing system. This mechanism provides an extremely smooth and even movement without friction and jamming. This increases the safety of performing heavy basic exercises and reduces the risk of injuries. Ball bearings retain their characteristics over a long service life, even with intensive use.
- Two safety mechanisms with adjustable hooks — two independent safety devices with hooks prevent the bar from falling and eliminate the risk of crushing the athlete. Each device is adjustable to 15 positions with a step of 85 mm, which allows you to precisely adjust the height to the anatomical features of the user and the type of exercise.
