XS-12/D3 Combined Electronic Soft Start and Speed Control Unit for upgrading and repairing power tools with power ratings up to 2500–3000 W. It combines two functions: it ensures a smooth, jerk-free motor start-up (reducing inrush currents) and allows for precise adjustment of operating RPM using a remote potentiometer controller. The power unit is housed in an aluminum heatsink casing and is potted with a compound for protection against dust and vibrations.
