The Castlewood 400 is a four-person tent with Powerflex® fibreglass poles that is vertically positioned. The separate bedrooms sleep up to 2 people and offer more privacy than a standard tent design. Designed specifically for campers who prefer more private sleeping areas, the Castlewood is ideal for families or couples who want a separate sleeping area with a large living area in the middle. The living space includes large Diamond Clear windows that allow light to flood into the living area during the day and can be closed off at night with drop-down blinds. Sentinel fabric keeps the pack size and weight down, while still delivering Vango quality and durability. Sleep longer with Lights-Out® bedroom fabric, designed to minimise morning light.

Sentinel fabric is strong and durable, uses our ColourLok technology for durability and is waterproof to 3000mm water column , providing excellent quality and performance combined with a compact packing size.
• The ColourLok Eco technology used in the fabric improves colour retention and UV protection by using 60% less water in the dyeing process.
• Vango PowerFlex® Fibreglass Poles are an improved fibreglass composition. They are used in the manufacture of folding sections to create a lightweight and strong tent frame structure. Powerflex® is significantly lighter than classic fibreglass poles.
• Fire Retardant Fabrics - the tent fabric is factory-treated with a fire retardant mixture in accordance with the EN ISO 5912 standard. The fabric, impregnated with a special agent, slows down and limits the spread of fire and significantly reduces toxic fumes during combustion. Fire retardant mixtures are harmless to human health, environmentally friendly and non-toxic.
