Original pump stage assembly (closed-type floating impeller and guide vane / diffuser) is designed for the overhaul of the hydraulic part of domestic submersible borehole electric pumps of the Vodoley BTsPE 0.5 U and BTsPE 0.32 series produced by the Promelektro-Kharkiv plant. This modification is specifically designed for pumps with a protective strip for a side power cable along the sleeve. The stages are assembled in a stack on a splined shaft, sequentially increasing the pressure of the pumped water proportionally to the number of stages.

• Original Promelektro-Kharkiv: Factory hydrodynamic blade profiles ensure nominal head parameters, performance, and maximum efficiency of the borehole pump.
• Food-grade Noryl (PPO) technopolymer: Parts are made of wear-resistant fiberglass-reinforced thermoplastic, which is neutral to drinking water and resistant to hydro-abrasive wear from sand particles and cavitation loads.
• Floating impeller design: Allows for slight vertical axial displacement of the discs relative to the guide vane, reducing the risk of the pump part jamming when pumping water with suspended solids.
• Complete unit assembly: The stage is supplied as an assembly (impeller + diffuser housing with guide vanes), which simplifies repair and eliminates play between mating parts.

• Vodoley BTsPE 0.5 U series: BTsPE 0.5-16U (3 sections), BTsPE 0.5-25U (4 sections), BTsPE 0.5-32U (5 sections), BTsPE 0.5-40U (6 sections), BTsPE 0.5-50U (8 sections), BTsPE 0.5-63U (10 sections), BTsPE 0.5-80U (13 sections), BTsPE 0.5-100U.
• Vodoley BTsPE 0.32 series: models BTsPE 0.32-25U, 0.32-32U, 0.32-40U, 0.32-50U, 0.32-63U, 0.32-80U, 0.32-100U (modifications with side power cord placement).
• Purpose: Complete replacement of worn pump stages in case of pressure drop or jamming due to sand.

Pro tip: In case of a significant drop in pump head, it is recommended to replace the entire set of stages at once, as partial replacement of only damaged impellers will not restore the rated pressure due to gaps and wear on the remaining elements of the stack. When disassembling the pump part, stack the removed sections and intermediate washers strictly in the sequence they were installed on the shaft. Before the final tightening of the discharge flange, be sure to check the free rotation of the shaft by hand — rotation should be smooth, without jamming
