The Vortex Diamondback HD line of binoculars is a generation of high-resolution images. Modern HD optics minimize distortion and achieve a realistic image. The ultra-durable ArmorTec coating protects the lenses from scratches, oils and dirt. The spiral focuser of increased diameter contributes not only to fast, smooth and accurate focusing, but also to the streamlined shape of the body. The tripod mount is compatible with the Arca-swiss quick-release system, which is today the standard for professional photo and video equipment. The increased diameter of the lens collects significantly more light, and provides significantly better visibility when observing at dusk and dawn. Not every binocular can provide the necessary resolution in twilight as the Vortex Diamondback HD copes with this.

Waterproof - means that the optics are sealed with an O-ring and protected from moisture penetration according to the international class IPX7. Immersion in liquid for 30 minutes to a depth of 1 meter will not cause the device the slightest harm and will not affect its functionality. No weather conditions are scary for such optics.
Fogproof - means that the inside of the housing is filled with an inert gas, which eliminates the condensation of moisture on the internal surfaces during temperature changes. As a result, the optics do not fog up from the inside, and there is no corrosion of materials under the influence of moisture. The air is removed from the device and replaced with an inert gas (in this case, argon), which does not contain water vapor and does not condense.- Spiral focus contributes to fast, smooth and precise focusing at the same time.
