Vortex Triumph HD 10x42 binoculars (TRI-1042) are a generation of high-resolution images. Modern HD optics minimize distortion and achieve a realistic image. Prisms made of high-quality BAK4 glass, lenses with full multi-layer illumination Fully Multi coated, help achieve a clear and contrasting image with excellent color rendition across the entire field of view. The body is made in a modern Top Hinge layout (with an upper hinged bridge), thus significantly improving the balance, the binoculars fit comfortably in your hands. The lightweight ergonomic body of the Vortex Triumph HD 10x42 binoculars is equipped with a protective rubber coating. The body of the device is waterproof, purged with nitrogen to avoid condensation. The large and convenient central focusing wheel makes the adjustment process quick and convenient. The minimum focusing distance of the binoculars allows you to observe even what is happening at a distance of one and a half meters. The GlassPak™ protective case features a special strap system that allows you to securely attach the binoculars and keep them ready. - HD ( High Definition Optics ) The use of optical elements made of special grades of glass with strictly defined refractive indices made it possible to optimize geometric and chromatic aberrations, and achieve exceptionally high resolution and image quality, inaccessible to most binoculars with achromatic lenses.
- Fully Multi-Coated . The binoculars have a full multi-layered optical coating, with a broadband multi-layered coating applied to each surface of the optical system. This multi-layer coating largely prevents reflection of light throughout the visible spectrum. This allows for maximum light transmission through each optical surface, resulting in high image brightness, natural color reproduction, and the ability to observe more effectively in twilight.
- Waterproof - means that the optics are sealed with an O-ring and are protected from moisture penetration according to the international class IPX7. Immersion in liquid for 30 minutes to a depth of 1 meter will not cause the device the slightest damage and will not affect its functionality. No weather conditions are scary for such optics.
- Fogproof - means that the inside of the case is purged with an inert gas, which eliminates condensation of moisture on the internal surfaces during temperature changes. As a result, the optics do not fog up from the inside, and there is no corrosion of materials under the influence of moisture. The air is removed from the device and replaced with an inert gas (in this case nitrogen), which does not contain water vapor and does not condense.
