Reinforced drum support flange kit (shaft supports) made of food-grade stainless steel is designed for the overhaul of the rotation unit in top-loading washing machines from the Electrolux Group (Zanussi, Electrolux, AEG brands). The kit consists of two all-metal supports: the right flange on the drive side (shaft height 46 mm, pulley groove with a flat, and internal bolt thread) and the left support flange (shaft height 26 mm). Manufacturing from stainless steel solves the main factory problem of original silumin parts — electrochemical oxidation and shaft breakage in the aggressive environment of detergents and hot water.
