Description

Ferrino Lightec 1000 Duvet is a mummy-shaped down sleeping bag for mountaineering and trekking in three seasons, for the demanding user who does not want to compromise on comfort. With 450 grams of RDS-certified down, it provides a comfortable sleep at around 0 °C at a low weight of exactly 1000 grams. Offset seams, an insulated hood, a thermal valve along the zipper and a 3D shape in the leg area minimize heat loss and increase comfort. When folded, the bag compresses to 17 × 32 cm thanks to the included compression bag, so it takes up almost no space in your backpack. The outer and inner fabrics are made of 100% recycled polyester, and the down has an ethical RDS certification. The Lightec 1000 Duvet is a light and compact choice for spring and autumn outings and cool summer nights in the mountains.

Ferrino Lightec Duvet ultralight down sleeping bags have the best insulation-to-weight ratio, take up minimal space when packed in a compression cover, but at the same time are perfectly suitable even for users over 2 meters tall. This model is most effective for winter overnight stays while hunting or fishing, as well as as a three-season sleeping bag in mid-altitude mountains (Carpathians, Tatras, Pyrenees). 100% natural certified down filler provides the best thermal insulation and comfortable sleep. This is also facilitated by the anatomical shape of the hood, additional space and a snake in the leg area, as well as insulating sides along the snakes.

Absolutely all Ferrino sleeping bags comply with the international standard ISO 23537-1:2016. This standard regulates the requirements for sleeping bags and confirms compliance with the specified temperature conditions, dimensions and weight on the labels.

About the Ferrino brand

The Italian company Ferrino, founded in 1870 in Turin, is one of the oldest outdoor equipment companies in the world, producing tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, mats and technical clothing for climbers, tourists and outdoor enthusiasts. For more than a century and a half, the brand has gained a reputation as a benchmark for quality: products are developed in collaboration with professional climbers and tested in real extreme conditions in its own high-altitude laboratory HighLab on Monte Rosa near the Rifugio Quintino Sella shelter (3585 m), which has been operating since 1994. The reliability of Ferrino equipment has been confirmed not only by high-profile expeditions (the brand's tents were once used by the legendary Reinhold Messner), but also by many years of cooperation with civil protection services, the Red Cross and humanitarian missions. Each model undergoes careful control of materials and design, which ensures durability and reliable protection in any weather conditions. “We were the first and we remain the best” - these words reflect the company's leadership in the world of outdoor products.

Down is the most effective natural insulation in terms of warmth-to-weight ratio, which is ideal for multi-day trips. The quantity of 450 g is optimized for low weight and three-season use.
