Description
Soviet kitchen knife set made of tool steel.
The set includes the following items:
- large kitchen knife,
- bread knife,
- utility knife (medium),
- paring knife (small),
- kitchen spatula.
The knife blades are made of corrosion-resistant (stainless) steel, and the handles are made of durable plastic.
Manufactured by the "Turboatom" Research and Production Association (USSR). The design of the kitchen set involved specialists from the enterprise, the Kharkiv branch of the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Technical Aesthetics, and the Graphic Arts Combine of the MGOKHF RSFSR for applied graphics.
