Description
Now all telescopes of the Bresser Messier line are equipped with a new 2.5" Hexafoc focuser, which has a positive effect on both image quality and focusing smoothness. The Bresser Messier NT-150L/1200 EXOS-2/EQ5 telescope is a long-focus Newtonian reflector with a mirror diameter of 150 mm, universal in terms of light-gathering characteristics and obtaining high magnifications. This is a worthy representative of the Bresser Messier series and one of the best among classic mirror telescopes. The Bresser Messier NT-150L/1200 EXOS-2/EQ5 telescope can be recommended for "advanced" users who are guided by the movement of celestial bodies across the sky and like to independently search for space objects.

The telescope is equipped with a German equatorial EXOS-2 mount and a stable steel tripod. The tripod is additionally rigidified by a metal shelf for accessories, which has holes for 1.25” and 2” eyepieces. The tripod height is adjustable, which allows the telescope to be adapted to the height of the observer. The EXOS-2/EQ5 mount has a clear design and control system and is capable of carrying a tube weighing up to 13 kg. The fine movement mechanisms on both axes are equipped with flexible, comfortable handles for comfortable control of the telescope in any position of the observer. The mount can be supplemented with a separately purchased electric drive for the right ascension axis and a pole finder to track the daily movement of luminaries without the participation of an observer during visual observations or photography.
The telescope is equipped with a finder, which is attached to the tube with a metal bracket, maintaining the alignment of the finder and the telescope throughout the entire observation session.
Also included in the delivery set is a colorful moving map of the starry sky for studying the sky and preparing for observations. For the same purpose, only much more fully and deeply, serves the program - planetarium Stellarium for a personal computer, which shows the night sky with all the constellations, planets and nebulae on the computer screen for the time and place of observation selected by the user.
