Soviet set of kitchen knives made of tool steel. The set includes the following items: a large kitchen knife, a bread knife, a utility knife (medium), a root knife (small), a kitchen spatula. Corrosion-resistant (stainless) steel is used to make the knife blades, and durable plastic is used for the handles. Manufactured at the Turboatom Research and Production Association (USSR). Specialists from the enterprise, the Kharkov branch of the All-Union Research Institute of Technical Esthetics, and the Graphic Arts Combine of the Moscow State University of Applied Graphics of the RSFSR took part in the design of the kitchen set.
