Description

The BRESSER Erudit DLX 40-1000x microscope is a high-quality biological monocular microscope with transmitted light, designed for schoolchildren, students and amateurs who want to delve deeper into the microworld in the fields of biology and botany. The device provides a magnification range from 40x to 1000x, which allows you to examine the smallest biological structures with excellent clarity and detail. The key advantage of the model is the built-in battery, which allows you to use the microscope without being tied to the network, which makes it convenient for working in various conditions. Achromatic DIN objectives guarantee excellent image quality without chromatic distortion at every magnification level. The coaxial mechanical stage with a one-hand control system ensures precise and comfortable movement of the specimen during observation.

Purpose: Biology, botany, education, training, hobby

Design features:

  • Achromatic DIN objectives - DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung - German Institute for Standardization) objectives with achromatic correction eliminate chromatic aberrations, so that the image remains sharp and free of color distortions at the edges of the field of view. Compatibility with the DIN standard means that the objectives are interchangeable with other microscopes of this standard. This opens up the possibility of expanding the set as needed without having to buy new optics.
  • Four magnification levels (40x, 100x, 400x, 1000x) — the microscope is equipped with four objectives: 4x, 10x, 40x and 100x, which, in combination with the 10x eyepiece, provide four levels of magnification. This allows you to go from a general view of the preparation to the study of the smallest cellular structures. This range is optimal for educational and amateur research in biology and botany.
  • Protection of 40x and 100x objectives from damage to the specimen - high-magnification objectives have a constructive protection that prevents the lens from contacting the specimen during focusing. This is especially important for beginners who do not yet have experience in fine-tuning the focus. The protection extends the service life of the objectives and protects the specimens from mechanical damage.
  • 360° Rotating Monocular Head — The eyepiece tube rotates a full 360 degrees around its vertical axis, allowing you to adjust the eyepiece to a comfortable angle for any user. This feature is especially useful when working in confined spaces or when demonstrating a specimen to others. The comfortable position of the eyepiece reduces neck and eye strain during prolonged work.
  • Coarse and fine focusing — the microscope is equipped with two independent focusing mechanisms: coarse for quick approach to the sample and fine for precise adjustment of image sharpness. The separate focusing system allows you to achieve maximum image clarity even at high magnifications. This is standard for laboratory-grade instruments and greatly simplifies work with thin preparations.
  • Coaxial mechanical XY stage with one-hand control and vernier - the coaxial stage allows you to move the specimen along the X and Y axes with one hand, which is much more convenient compared to conventional stages. The vernier scale provides precise determination of the specimen position and allows you to return to the previous position...
