Description
BRESSER 7x50 Nautic is a monocular with a built-in compass, specially designed for sailing, marine navigation and active recreation on the water. Thanks to the seven-fold magnification and a 50 mm objective lens, the device provides a bright, clear and detailed image even in difficult lighting conditions. The waterproof design, filled with nitrogen, reliably protects the optics from moisture, splashes and fogging in any weather. The built-in compass and graduated scale for calculating distances and sizes of objects turn the monocular into a real navigation tool. The rubber protective coating of the housing ensures a secure hold in the hand even in conditions of high humidity. The foldable rubber eyepiece tube makes the device comfortable for both people with good eyesight and those who wear glasses. BRESSER 7x50 Nautic is a reliable companion for everyone who spends time on the water and needs accurate observation and orientation in the terrain.
What objects can be observed with this optical instrument:
- Sea and river objects - coastline, lighthouses, buoys, navigation marks, other ships and yachts; the monocular allows you to determine the distance to objects using the built-in scale and control the course using the compass.
- Natural objects on the water and coast - birds on the surface of the water, marine mammals (dolphins, seals), large fish near the surface, coastal vegetation and coastal relief; the high aperture of the lens provides a clear image even at dusk or under cloudy skies.
- Sporting events - regattas, motorboat races, water sports competitions; a monocular allows you to follow the participants of the competition from the shore or from the side of the ship.
- Tourist and landscape objects - coastal towns, cliffs, islands, beaches, architectural structures on the banks of rivers and seas; 7x magnification and a wide field of view of 107 m by 1000 m provide a panoramic view of the area.
- Objects for observation during hiking and mountaineering - slopes, mountain peaks, wildlife in hard-to-reach places, forests; sealed waterproof design allows you to use the monocular in rain and fog without the risk of damaging the optics.
- Entry-level astronomical observations - the Moon, bright planets (Jupiter, Saturn), star clusters and nebulae visible to the naked eye; the large 50 mm objective diameter collects enough light for comfortable nighttime observation.
Features:
- Roof/Dachkant prism optical scheme — the monocular uses a “roof” prism, which forms the optical path in such a way that the device remains compact and rectilinear in body shape. This makes the monocular more ergonomic compared to classic Porro prism schemes, convenient for long-term holding with one hand. Thanks to this design, the monocular is easy to put in a pocket or attach to equipment. The user receives a device of a convenient shape with minimal risk of accidental dropping.
- Prism material BaK-4 (barium crown glass) - optical prisms are made of BaK-4 glass, which is an abbreviation for "Baritleichtkron 4" (barium light crown glass of the fourth type). This material has a high refractive index and minimal optical aberrations, which provides a uniformly illuminated and clear circular pupil beam. The use of BaK-4 guarantees the absence of darkening at the edges of the field of view and maximum light transmission. It is one of the best materials for ...
