Description
The Bresser Mobile Solar Charger 40 Watt portable solar charger is designed to quickly charge smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Innovative solar cell technology, based on monocrystalline silicon cells, provides high efficiency and the fastest possible charging of various batteries. Strong and reliable Cordura fabric protects the solar panel from mechanical damage and provides the necessary stability during use. The solar panel has additional protection due to the use of dust- and water-repellent materials in the manufacture, but is not designed for use in heavy rain or direct immersion in water. For reliable fixation of the panel to an object (tent, car, backpack, tree), the delivery includes 4 strong carabiners.

Approximate battery charging time using the Bresser Mobile Solar Charger 40 Watt:
- With a battery capacity of 3000 mAh (3 Ah) and a charging current via USB connection of 5V 3100 mA (3.1 A), the full charging time is 1.2 hours. That is, the average
A smartphone with a 3000 mAh battery can be fully charged in 1.2 hours. - The above calculations are valid assuming 100% sunlight duration during the charging period.
It is important to know:
- The solar panel does not have its own battery and serves solely as a power source in sunlight to charge electronic devices.
- The solar panel does not have a charge controller.
- The panel is suitable for charging smartphones, tablets, and power banks, which usually have built-in internal chargers and charge controllers.
- When connecting chargers via a DC plug, always check the correct voltage and polarity. Otherwise, damage to the solar panel electronics and the devices being charged may occur.
- Do not leave the solar panel outside at night in high humidity or in the rain. This may damage the internal electronics.
