Description
STIGA Cybershape Hobby is a table tennis racket with the revolutionary Cybershape design, which will be an ideal choice for active leisure, games with friends and colleagues. The racket is designed for beginner players who want to enjoy the game and gradually develop their skills. Thanks to the well-thought-out body shape, the player gets reliable control over the ball even at the start of their tennis journey. The unique Cybershape shape provides an increased hitting zone in the upper part of the racket, which allows you to play more powerfully and confidently. The reduced lower half of the racket creates an optimal balance between weight and maneuverability during the game. The design was developed based on scientific research in collaboration with KTH - the Royal Swedish Institute of Technology, which emphasizes the serious approach to creating even a hobby model. Cybershape Hobby is the same legendary shape used by world vice-champion Truls Möregårdh , now available to every table tennis fan.
The racket was developed in collaboration with the vice-world champion Swedish player Truls Möregårdh (silver at the 2021 World Championship, 3rd place in the ITTF world ranking as of October 24, 2022).

Our research shows that for most players, the optimal hitting area is in the upper half of the blade. That's why we wanted to create a racket that is comfortable to play with, but also takes your game to the next level. The Cybershape offers a large hitting surface at the top of the blade and a smaller hitting surface at the bottom of the blade. This means that the blade is not too heavy, thus offering the perfect balance along with the ideal point of best hit.
